Company

We build software that helps people on India's frontiers see early and come home safe.

Trinetra, त्रिनेत्र, is the third eye: the one that sees what the other two miss. We make situational-awareness and safety software for the rivers, land borders, coasts and low airspace where India meets its neighbours, and for the people who work there.

Mission

Help the people who work on India's frontiers see conditions early, respond safely, and account for what they did.

The frontier is not one place. It is 15,106.7 km of land border and 11,098.81 km of coastline (MHA; coastline re-measured in 2025, MoES, 4 Dec 2025), braided rivers that move their banks every monsoon, and a low sky where 791 drone intrusions were counted in 2025 (MoD, via Unmanned Airspace).

What we build

Twenty-two products in eight groups, each useful alone:

Safety
Raksha for heat, cold and lightning on patrol; Varuna for river levels and safe crossings; Nadi for river change seen from satellites; Matsya for fishers at sea.
Hazards
Sarovara for glacial lakes; Kampana for earthquakes; Marga for roads and passes; Drishti for visibility and smoke; Arogya for disease outbreaks.
Sensors and airspace
Sangam, an open sensor-fusion SDK; Prahari, a riverine sentry pod; Shyena, low-airspace awareness.
Response
Gati plans who goes, by which route, and how safely; Sandesha relays official alerts and records who acknowledged them; Anvesha draws drift search areas for boats lost at sea.
Analysis and training
Sandhi compares transboundary river flows with treaty schedules; Abhyas runs tabletop exercises on real hazard data.
Governance
Sakshi keeps a tamper-evident record of every operator action.
Public
Darpan publishes frontier enforcement from official releases; Saathi keeps safety advisories on a phone without signal; Setu opens every dataset to developers. The safety hub gives free advisories.
Console
The console turns the public record into events, places and routes for analysts.
How we work
  1. The doctrine comes first.Seven red lines decide what we will not build. Every employee reads them before their first commit, and every feature is checked against them. Read the doctrine.
  2. Numbers over adjectives.Every figure we show carries its source and the time it was retrieved. If we simulate something, the page marks it as simulated.
  3. Publish the method. Each product ships a methods note with its data, assumptions, limits and known failure modes, so a sceptical reader can check our work.
  4. Field before features. We test on the river bank, in the harbour and at the post with the people who will use the product, and we change it when it does not fit their day.
  5. Small, sovereign stack.Static web pages and Python pipelines with open schemas. It runs on a unit's own hardware, offline if needed, with no foreign cloud.
  6. Join, do not replace.Agencies already run command systems. Our products speak open formats so they can feed those systems rather than compete with them.
Who it is for

Patrol units and their medical officers. Water wings and boat crews. Road and bridge engineers in the mountains. District disaster management authorities and state emergency operations centres. Fisheries departments, coastal police, fishing cooperatives and rescue coordination centres. Control rooms. Oversight officers, auditors and courts. And, through the free public versions, the families who live beside the line, researchers and journalists.

We do not name customers or partners on this site. Agencies that work with us decide what is said about that work.

Where

Engineering in Bengaluru. Field operations from Kolkata, a few hours from the Sundarbans and the Bengal border. Policy and government work in New Delhi. Field visits along the Brahmaputra, the Ganga and the Gujarat coast.

Our software runs where its users are: on their hardware, on Indian soil.

Status

Started in May 2026. Seven of our twenty-two products are live, counting the console, and fifteen are in build. The products page shows each one's status, read from the same registry our console uses. We would rather show an honest "in build" than a polished promise.
